The idea behind developing these services is based on two observations. One, sometimes we have airtime on our devices that we might not need at that moment. Let’s look into each of the service in detail.
This service is designed to allow mobile phone users to ‘switch’ or exchange their airtime in a certain mobile service provider to some other form of airtime in a different mobile service provider. This is to say that you can convert your airtime in Safaricom into Airtel/Orange or even Equitel airtime and vice versa.
In order to enjoy this service,
1. You can either;
• send an SMS in the following order:
Chura Switch (amount) from 07xxxxxxxx(network) to 07xxxxxxxx(network)e.g.
Chura switch 100 from 0711223344(safaricom) to 0755667788(orange)
• Or fill a form at our website https://www.chura.co.ke/switchairtime/with the relevant details highlighting the amount of airtime to switch the number sending the airtime and the number receiving the airtime.
• You will then be given instructions on how to proceed with the transaction.
2. Following the instruction given, you will sent the specified amount of airtime from her number to our system numbers.
3. The corresponding amount of airtime will then be sent to the desired phone number.
Once in a while we encounter situations where -as explained above- we want to dispose off the airtime we have in order to get money. These situations vary from person to person. Airtime 4 ca$h service is designed for such. It allows for subscribers to get money for their airtime within and even across networks. Users send that airtime to our system from whichever network and then money is sent from our system to the indicated phone number whether in the same or in a different mobile network.
This is the process;

Chura Cash 100 from 0711223344(safaricom) to 0755667788(orange)
• Or fill a form at our website at https://www.chura.co.ke/airtime4money/ with the relevant details highlighting the amount of airtime to convert to money, the number sending the airtime and the number to receive the cash.
• You will then be given instructions on how to proceed with the transaction.
2. Following the instruction given, she will sent the specified amount of airtime from her number to our system numbers.
3. The corresponding amount of money will be sent to the desired phone number.
This therefore means that you receive airtime at the end of a Switch Airtime transaction and money at the end of an Airtime 4 ca$h service.
