1Try to not overdo the things you like. This doesn't mean that you don't need to study or pray but try to avoid addicting thing such as keep looking at a mirror, sit on Facebook, watching the favourite TV shows.

6Don't be tensed and feel unconscious so that your pressure is high.

9Drink plenty of water and eat healthy food.

10Always give your mind some time to reactivate, like practice maths or play mind games, try to do something creative everyday.

13Pray, read the Bible or Qur'an or any good religious books.

Tips
- Dress neatly, comb your hair, take care of yourself.
- Stay calm.
- Gossiping is a lazy activity - you can sometimes, but usually speak usefully.

- You can dance to enjoy, sing to improve your voice.
